Need a hand with EMO? We're a small team and we read every message. The fastest way to reach a human is email — most questions get a reply within one business day.
Contact us
Email support@emochart.app and tell us what's going on. If it's a bug, letting us know your device (for example "iPhone 15, iOS 18") and what you were doing helps us fix it faster.
Account & sign-in
Signing in. You can use Sign in with Apple, Google, or an email and password. Whichever you pick, use the same method each time so you land back in the same account.
Forgot your password? On the sign-in screen, choose "Continue with email," then "Forgot password?" and we'll email you a reset link.
Delete your account. Email support@emochart.app from the address on your account and we'll permanently delete your account and all of your journal entries.
Subscriptions & billing
EMO is free to use, with an optional EMO Pro subscription for extra features. New accounts start with a 14-day free trial — no card required.
Where to subscribe or manage billing. EMO Pro is purchased and managed on our website at emochart.app. Sign in there to start, change, or cancel a subscription, or to update your payment method. Payments are securely handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
Refunds. If something went wrong, email support@emochart.app and we'll make it right.
Your privacy
EMO is private by default. Your journal entries are never posted publicly or shared without your explicit choice. See our Privacy Policy and Terms for the details, or email us with any question about your data.
If you're in crisis
EMO is a journaling tool, not a substitute for professional care or emergency services. If you're in the United States and in immediate danger, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline), or dial 911. Outside the U.S., contact your local emergency number. You are not alone, and help is available.
